Secure End-to-End Communication in Restricted Networks

When PrintPilot clients cannot access the public internet directly, PrintPilotProxy acts as a controlled, secure bridge.

1. PrintPilot Clients

PCs on an isolated local network (LAN). They discover the proxy via UDP 37421 broadcast and connect over TCP 3128.

2. PrintPilotProxy

Enforces IP ACL rules and HMAC authentication. Establishes an encrypted TCP tunnel for authorized connections.

3. Firewall & SMTP

Email traffic safely passes out through the single firewall rule permitted only for the proxy server host.

Fully Encrypted End-to-End Blind Tunnel Zero TLS Decryption (No MITM) 100% On-Premise Local Operation
Features

Enterprise-Grade Security and Effortless Management

Secure HTTP/HTTPS Tunneling

Securely forwards client requests to external SMTP and mail servers using the standard CONNECT method, creating an encrypted blind tunnel.

Client Access Control (IP ACL)

Deny-by-default architecture. Only computers with IP addresses or CIDR ranges you explicitly allow can connect to the proxy.

LAN Auto-Discovery

UDP 37421 broadcast allows PrintPilot desktop clients to automatically discover the proxy server on your local network with zero manual setup.

Windows Background Service

Runs 24/7 as a native, resilient Windows Service, remaining fully operational even when no users are logged in.

WPF GUI Management Dashboard

Modern desktop dashboard to configure IP access rules, customize listening ports, select network interfaces, and monitor service status in real time.

Zero Interception & Privacy-First

Never decrypts, intercepts, or logs SSL/TLS traffic (No MITM). Your sensitive email and document data stays strictly within your own infrastructure.
