This Partner Privacy Policy explains how Alacam IT collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you apply for and participate in the PrintPilot Partner Program.

1. Information We Collect

When you apply to the Partner Program, we collect:

• Contact Information: Your name, email address, company name, and website.
• Financial Information: Payment details such as your PayPal email or bank account information necessary to process your commissions.
• Platform Data: Data from FirstPromoter regarding your referral links, clicks, conversions, and generated revenue.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to:

• Evaluate your Partner application.
• Manage your participation in the program.
• Calculate and process your commission payments.
• Communicate with you regarding program updates, assets, and support.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use FirstPromoter to track referrals and manage the Partner Program. We also use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Your data is shared with these processors strictly for the purpose of administering the program. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your Partner data for as long as your account is active, and subsequently as required by tax and commercial laws in our jurisdiction (typically 7-10 years for financial records).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. If you terminate your Partner Agreement, we will delete your non-financial data upon request. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
